Available Shipping Options

We offer three shipping options, Standard-Free Shipping and Express overnight and 2 day. Details are directly below.

Standard Delivery

All purchases are shipped from our Massachusetts warehouse and arrive arrive within 3-6 business days of shipment of the order, depending on delivery state. This Standard-Free Shipping option is available for all orders in the continental U.S. See below for orders destined for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and international addresses. We will notify you immediately in the event of shipping delays of any kind.

Rush Delivery Policy

We offer two express delivery methods - overnight and 2 day. All express delivery orders for in-stock items must be placed on the web site before 1 P.M. EST in order to be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 1 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. If any order is placed after 1:00PM EST on a Friday, the order will be processed the following Monday or the next business day.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other International Addresses

All shipping fees will be assessed after the initial transaction - Vine Farmer will reach out the same day with expedited shipping costs. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Broken or Damaged Glasses

We understand that Grassl Glass products are fragile and may be damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact us directly at office@vinefarmer.com. We are happy to assist you and to replace glasses damaged during shipping.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (record of purchase is required). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and to verify that the goods are in new condition and original packaging (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
